what a great sound. an extensive marina next to the shropshire union canal. many facilities for boaters, including an artwork, workshop and a licensed cafe bar. very friendly staff, friendly service and wonderful food. the cafe bar is very well presented with clean and well maintained facilities. many outside seats to enjoy the view and watch the (boat) world. a great place to stay some time and relax. highly recommended.
Under new management recently, who are friendly and helpful towards all boaters The Chandlery is open on request and the bar and food service are open Very clean and tidy marina Competitive prices on mooring fees for overnight or up to 2 week stay Pump out, Elsan service, Gas Fuel also available Boat repairs shop on the marina Covid19 Rules apply on the marina with 2m distancing and masks required when in the Chandlery
Beautiful place. Quiet and relaxing. Superb wildlife. The bar staff are brilliant friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food is amazing and excellent value for money. Shower blocks are the best I have used
Great marina and starting point for canal boating. Improvement on the cafe recently redecorated in the last couple years. Good food and a chilled atmosphere.
