We had an amazing experience! The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent, thanks to the highly trained staff. With 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I can say that this was one of my best dining experiences. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
The steak tartar was a bit clunky. Home made chips were a bit pedestrian. Bread pudding was a bit dry. $120 barolo served at room temp, sparkling water bottle left on the table to warm up. Decent restaurant, but details need to be upped to justify the price.
I usually one for dinner and am never disappointed. I met up with a friend for lunch and ordered the salad special. It came with a mushroom soup. The soup was terribly bland, and the salmon salad was mediocre at best.

great dinner with family. our server has done really good work to ensure that we enjoyed everything and delivered very helpful hints when it comes to ordering our meals.
We've been enjoying Taverne for many years and the food is always consistently delicious. Just wish they'd bring back the Tuna Burger.
