Texas Steak Express

I have ordered here for years slowly but surely they have declined in service and quality. We ordered a meal tonight they told me it would be an hour and 45 minutes I verified the address when it did not reach us I called on it they tried to explain to me that the computer had glitched and then they sent it to my work address when my work told them it was not there they said they tried to call me I did not receive another call period so I called back and they told me it had been returned to the store. I understand the specialty is the steak items, but no sides is a point off. The wait times are always ridiculous, but if I'm given a time I don't expect double the length of time given. They even stalled at the window for five minutes at a time thinking it was clever. They told me 20 minutes, it was 50. I would've been happy to wait that time if they mentioned order volume, or decided otherwise. I also had no issue going somewhere else up the street, with no attitude or argument if they would have told me it would be another 20 minutes. Steak burger was tasty, however, so there's that. Prices also weren't terrible, considering that their sides and beverages were limited.

Patty had a great taste. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Broccoli was nice and buttery. Baked potato was just right. Will definitely be back
