Thai by Day has the best authentic Thai food in the city! We stopped during the opening and were very impressed by the delicious food and excellent presentation. The softshell cerebsalate was prepared for perfection. The Thai Fusions-Rind-Jerky was something new I've never seen and was fantastic. Finally, the Kao Mok Gai seasoned chicken on yellow Thai rice was very delicious. The meal filled with the special creation of Sea Salt Tea Cream top drink of the day. Future prices and free parking make this a perfect place if you want authentic Thai food!
This place is beautiful and the staff are really nice. I love her food her Panang Soft Shell Crab Tempura and Panang Nudel. The Panang Nudel is unique, especially with its “crispy” noodle and the Panangsoft scarf crabs tempura just sooo yummy forget Not her special Thai Iced Tea I ordered every time I dine.
The new Thai restaurant is a surprisingly new addition to the restaurant scene in downtown Edmonds. The food is delicious. The atmosphere invites you. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have dined there twice, enjoyed both meals and will definitely be back and forth. I recommend this restaurant.
Fusion means a creative takeover of traditional Thai! Garlic green beans, unagi rice knocked it out of the park. The capper was the coconut ice cream sandwich: creative, fun and an eyepiece surprise! We cannot wait to go back and try the second page of the New York Steak menu? Go!
