Unfortunately the food was less than average and overpriced, bar staff really friendly but took a while to get in a first drink order and people who came in after us were served before. Understand we are still adjusting to new ways of working but other pubs are doing it better.
Food was good. I had the pie which was great, but my partners Cajun chicken was only a small portion of chicken. Unfortunately the waiter forgot to put in our order, so after 50 mins of waiting patiently, we asked where the food was and he confirmed he forgot to put it in.
Great pub didnt eat but had a lovely pint which was a great temperature well poured and clearly a pub that knows how to look after and treat beer. Fantastic ambience and friedly welcmoing and superbly accomodating staff.
Delicious food and drinks! Amazing atmosphere and service!! I’ve already booked to wine and dine again!!
