Great little hidden gem.. Good selection of well kept beer.. Friendly Landlord.. Sat in the September sun in the well maintained pub garden.. Dog friendly 5 ... *Additional to this belated post.. Nipped in this evening whilst waiting for a family member with a hospital appointment, thought I'd rather spend time in a cracking pub than a hospital cafe with expensive parking .. Nice couple of pints of quaffing ale and bonus Pizza n a pint night (Thurs 6-10) only £7.95.. Perfik .. Nice chat with landlord Tony, barstaff locals.. Highly Recommended..
it is a small pub, but with a great character. there is a small but good selection of ales and eating while simple, is good value for money and delicious. it is the character and style of the pub that meets me most. it is a beautiful place with interesting decor and friendly staff. great for a quick lunch.
great little pub in lenton. had been here twice recently. friendly staff and local, beautiful atmosphere and a decent garden. it is located near the corner of restaurant taste of india. the bee are well kept, although when we went, it seemed mostly cornish ales....Will be back soon. many thanks
