Only been here couple of times. Their iced coffees are good and normally the atmosphere is welcoming, but yesterday wasn’t the best. My mother and I came in whenever they were about to close in 5-10 minutes. Before hand, we told them if it was alright and they completely said yes. While my mother already got her coffee and was waiting outside. I was standing near the “pickup” station. Noticed the one girl had a very rude look on her face and was whispering something to the other. Whenever my coffee was ready, said thank you and you guys have a nice day. After, also mentioned that I was really sorry and appreciate them making the drinks and taking us. The one who gave me my drink didn’t even...
Great coffee, in a great location and my second time coming here and the coffee is really good but the customer service skills need to improve a bit. Walked up to the counter and the employee didn’t even even say hello or greet. Just stood there waiting for me to order my drink.
Had a green tea latte it was brewed so hot that the milk was completely curdled on the top and I had to wait forever to even try it. I'll have to try something else but that particular drink was not a win
I was literally just in there. I was in line...and for some reason the red haired lady kept asking everyone around me for their orders. Terrible ahitty place nobody should ever go to. Huge waste of time
