Oh, I really don't know how to comment on this place. At first I was very disappointed that they didn't let us know in advance that part of the road was closed due to a falling stone. So I didn't even get to the bird nests, which I was really looking forward to. Second point, I don't understand all the fuss about shoes and fitness at all. There is nothing dangerous or so demanding there. Well, what has saddened them even more is that the whole route is actually short, but the guide still stops you and tells you long things. I would rather go there alone without an escort, unfortunately there is no such possibility. But I still rate it well because I don't know anything like that.
we called yesterday when we went over during the visit, and I'm glad we stopped. the lady who served us, rusting, was fantastic. she was chatting and gave personal recommendations to what she thought was the best traybakes (rice krispy quadrate, and she wasn't wrong! and also gave us her favorite pot to use. it was so nice to go somewhere as here and get a cheap snack in clean, brighter and welcoming environment and with excellent customer service! we didn't make the walk this time, but we'll be back.
What an excellent way to spend a day. This is a really exciting walk along some of Northern Irelands most amazing and breathtaking coastlines. The entire walk takes a few hours at an easy pace. There is one part you go through a cave, and while it might seem a little tight it's perfectly OK. Just be prepared for the steep uphill walk at the end back to the van
Great experience. Helpful friendly tour guide., Only thing I'd advise people to be aware of, is the steep incline to/ from Gobbins. Would have been better if it was more gradual. Even is if it meant longer walk not suitable for people with heart/asthma/breathing/joint issues
