Been a few times for Sunday lunch which has never been disappointing. Bar staff are friendly. Place is clean and well kept. Part of the Greene King chain. Only negative would be that a Sunday roast for a veggie is just that veggies! Would be nice to have some sort of pie or quiche as the main part of the meal. Certainly not enough of a problem to stop me going again!
new rental and pub is so good, it serves very well and quickly, no matter how it is, makes great buffet dinner on Friday and has the washing music. and the staff are always polite, kaz has the pub back as it was earlier, if not better
a great local bar with a new manager. she has turned the place around herself and always tries new things to please her customers.
