We went for Sunday lunch and the food was fantastic. I had the beef which was lovely and tender, with roasters, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, and one parsnip (although I wish there were more). The meal was saved by plenty of additional vegetables and roasters brought out in help-yourself dishes along with gravy boats. We were in a party of 30 and the restaurant coped very well. My daughters had the chicken, which was also tender and plentiful. I gave it a 4-star rating because the flat coke was a bit disappointing. I thought it was from a bottle, not on tap (I had a Haze which was fine, but my wife had the flat coke). However, I heard that the restaurant has recently changed ownership, so the...
