I'll begin by saying that the beer at this restaurant is average, nothing special. However, the food was extremely disappointing. We ordered the $16 poutine and were served about 25-30 shoestring French fries, a minuscule amount of brisket, some generic-tasting beer cheese, and Sriracha. It was evident that the cheese was not made in-house and most likely came from a can of liquid cheese mixed with a bit of beer. I would suggest trying their beer, as they are a brewery, but I would definitely pass on the food.
My cousins and I traveled from the city to Michigan for a fun trip and were recommended to try this restaurant known for its craft drinks. However, when we arrived, the server gave us a hard time about our IDs, specifically one that was vertical. Despite being 23, 22, 26, and 34 years old, the server refused to sell alcohol to one of us because our IDs were from different states. We just wanted to have a good time but we felt unwelcome and disappointed by the service we received.
This restaurant, located in a small town, offers basic deep-fried food options. While the food is decent, there is room for improvement in terms of the menu variety and drink options. Overall, nothing particularly outstanding here.
The service was a bit slow, but it was clear that the restaurant is actively hiring. This is a positive sign.
