We arrived at The Orange Tree and they had no record from you for my reservation. They were fully booked so could not accommodate us. This was my 60th birthday celebration so of course I was completely disappointed and upset as we couldn’t get booked in anywhere else at such short notice. I will not use Open Table again to book and will be advising other people not to use you as it completely spoilt my day.
We went for my daughter’s 18th birthday the staff went above and beyond to make it special for her. As ever the food was top notch.
Attractive surroundings staff always friendly and helpful food excellent. What more could you want .
