I hope this place isn't going downhill. the past few times we've been there the service has been slow and inattentive, with a bunch of people standing around talking. the jambalaya tastes like BBQ sauce and the etoufette is light on the portions. the fried chicken is always good, so is the gumbo. I just wish the other items were as quality.
I have traveled all over this country and not one Cajun style restaurant compares this wonderful establishment. Food was authentic and extremely well prepared. The taste of the food and experience was a complete culinary orgasm If you are ever this side of the Mississippi and looking for Cajun style cooking look no further.
The new restaurant was very cool and comfortable on this hot August day. Hamburgers are fantastic! My friend and I both had 1 little thing wrong on our orders though, or today's meal would have been... Perfect !
