In all honesty, the food was good.... The ambiance was nice, but the service was questionable. Even tho the establishment was not crowded, there were long delays with our waiter. After reading the reviews, I can understand other's feelings and the rating on the service. Overall I'm comfortable with giving The Roof a 4 star. I would suggest that they tighten up on the response time to their customers. Other than that, I'm willing on visiting again. I enjoyed the music, I enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the view. This is a beautiful restaurant that truly needs to live up to it's full potential.
I absolutely loved this restaurant. The decor was beautiful and the view overlooking the lake was stunning. The atmosphere was very relaxed, making for a great dining experience. Parking was easy and spacious. Now, onto the food - the lamb chops were absolutely delicious, some of the best I've ever had. The only disappointment was the mac and cheese, which was a bit bland. The service was also excellent. One small suggestion would be to brighten up the bathroom, as it was quite dark in there. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it for a date night.
This food truck is on base and i had this for lunchI had the grilled shrimp and it came with coconut rice and grilled pineapples and peppers.
Rob was awesome! He's great with communication and goes the extra mile to take care of your roof and your needs.
