I have used this pub whenever I have been in the area for family visits etc and have never had a bad pint. Usually 4 ales on offer, always in good condition and lots of other draught beers and lagers. Can't comment on the food...other than to say it always looks good when I see it coming out to other customers.
I think that the best thing for us about The Running Stream' pub was that our black Labrador was welcome. The pub was fairly teeming on a Sunday lunchtime, and our drink was perfectly nice. There is some outside space with tables and chairs. We...didn't look at the menu, but I don't think we'll rush back.
what a pleasant helpful and welcoming little pub. we arrived on 6 motorcycles and received a very friendly reception. they served us tee and coffee outside and helped us order a takeaway food delivery. deff recommend that you have a large outdoor seating area and simply parking for the bikes
a little time warp pub, but no bad thing nowadays when chains take over everywhere. not eaten here recently, but always for a pint or two close to stop. green king ales always in good nick, so can recommend if you...add a decent ale.
