I can't rave enough about this family run pub! The food is amazing and the friendly service is faultless! My family and I chose this pub to celebrate my Dad's remission from cancer and when the Manageress found out about it, she gave us a bottle of Prosecco on the house to help celebrate! Didn't get her name but the Manageress's daughter was amazing a funny, personable and professional waitress! Lovely warm, friendly and compassionate family! Thank you sooo much you helped make it a day to remember for my Dad! : xx
my wife and I traveled from cornwall to find a birthday of a sixth friend, in the silver far and all the meals were booked, my choice was the mixed grill, my wife chose the lasagne. both meals were served by a friendly staff and at a very competitive price. we have both enjoyed them with absolutely no complaining. the evening went very well from all 25 families and friends who visited. I would certainly recommend this marsdons pub/ restaurant, which for our celebrations so professional.
