I went to The Stock Pot this morning. I have been there many times before, but this time I was disappointed with what I received for $16. The food was served by a rude teenager with a bad attitude. There were no potatoes, no utensils, no ketchup, no smile, and no thank you. Just the bare minimum for $16. I could have bought all the ingredients myself for under $4 at a retail store. This is why I believe this place will not last long in business. I could have overlooked the high price if it was served with a little courtesy and a smile. I suggest that they train their new staff better in customer service and manners. The old workers were great and friendly, but the new ones lack proper traini...
We have lived in the Kamloops area for over 15 years and we finally discovered this little gem when we were out carpet shopping. Its nestled off the main hwy, in the middle of the industrial area, but it looks like all the workers from...the surrounding businesses know about this place and eat here lots. We stopped in for late breakfast/early lunch and the food and service was excellent. I had the breakfast poutine that was delicious topped with two farm fresh eggs smothered in hollandaise sauce, so yummy! My hubby had the baron of beef that was also delicious with lots of homemade fries. We will definitely go back.
I have been scouting around for good breakfast places in Kamloops, and I am pleased to say I will be returning here. There are approximately 14 types of eggs benedict on the menu, so I will be trying that out next visit. I was looking...for a keto bacon and egg breakfast place in the Aberdeen Sahali area, since most of the other breakfast places are generally in the downtown areas.
We have met friends for breakfast at this cozy and popular cafe multiple times. They offer a special menu item under $12 that attracts many regular customers. The portion sizes are generous, the service is efficient, and they even have a "stamped card" program where you can earn a free meal after multiple visits. This cafe is a favorite spot for our group.

was in kamloops with my truck serviced with my older vater. asked toyota where a good place was to eat. stock pot cafe was recommended and extremely delightful! Eat and service are 5 stars! the hash is sooo yummy! can not wait to get my truck. waited again so we can go back.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Dirty, greasy, poor service, and high prices for this kind of value I had a lunch with colleagues and it was bad. My fish and chips was overcooked and burned. Lots of salt, tap chlorinated water....and the list goes on. Don't go...there.
Great homemade food at great prices. We have never been disappointed with anything we have ever had. Do yourself a favour and take home some of their Dill Pickel soup for under 5 bucks!!!!....oh ya and the Monte Cristo is outstanding!!!!

These guys have an awesome Friday buffet (except for in July and August). Great soups, nice salad variety and the day I was there the Chicken was particularly good. Great home cooking at affordable prices. They also offer takeout soup.
Omg amazing staff and food. So many selections. Kid friendly to boot. Best part is you can buy their soup frozen and take it home to have later
