I love this pub plays tribute to Australia. Cards and art on the walls are the obvious signs, but the true homage is the menu, True Aussie Pub Classics. Jatz Cracker to loud, hysterical. The Snitty Tho, is a revelation, served with the wing in the sauce with peas with peas and mash must be best in Australia. The beers, Australians, excellent from all standards and with a tap-setup, which is not dictated by the beer giants, all beer here are good. The wines are excellent adventurous Australian wines, there are serious stuff, another score in the belt to say FU to the huge Mobber in the Booze industry that would like to homogenize what we have access. Went Monday on Monday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on the Easter. Grief Was pretty busy and they looked a bit understaff when waiting at the bar was about 10-15 minutes. As soon as I ordered, although my meal came very fast, made more tendency to forget the time I was waiting for order. I ordered the Burger des Mary (like the owners of Mary's von Marys) with a craft beer (majority of the beers trades beer) and it was a pleasant meal. The burger was not on the entire Maria standard, but they could say that they take place in achieving a replica. $ 1 pool is a bonus, but only a table.
Good local pub. Quiet for a Sunday eve. Very generous portions of lamb shanks so huge we shared a plate. Delicious tender home cooked comfort food. Meat, mash & veggies. A bit pricey on the food end.
