Tim Hortons - Table reservation

The venue was crowded with the breakfast service, but the staff were efficient at taking the orders. The back of the House is where it falls down. I ordered an everything bagel breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The cashier said that the bagels were still baking in the oven, but (they will be ready in three minutes , and could I wait. Three minutes? OK. However, after TWENTY MINUTES, I still had not received my sandwich! I asked when I could expect it, as I had been waiting already 20min., a staff member said, Just a few more.minutes. That was ridiculous and I said so. Suddenly, my bagel sandwich was ready. How much longer would I have had to wait, if I hadn 't spoken up?? VERY POOR kitchen se...

Timming around0700 Pallavi dont take order if you have urgency for washroom break.This was my third visit and still I am facing the same issue which was on my first.The guy working with Pallavi was serving other customers and was shouting Pallavi Pallavi ? She didnt even tell him that she is going to washroom and customers were linning up.I feel for that poor guy.And for that guy Bro you are doing great)

The best Tim Hortons in this area! We tried all Tim Hortons in the area and decided only purchase from them. Food is fresh and service is exceptional. They have cappuccino which is a big issue in some of the locations. Love their Farmer's Wrap Sausage!

Cute Tim’s, I like how clean the store was. The staff was very kind. Timbits were fresh, you don’t find that often at every Tim Hortons.

Ok they need to hire more people, two to three cashiers per shift isnt enough...
