Don't close early or change the time online to avoid this. Edit: it’s the staff you hire. I was told you close in 5-10 minutes yet my order would not be taken because it's too “close to close”. Change your close time to 8:50 if you close shop 10 minutes early. Other businesses don’t do this lazy Gilroy stuff. Has to be a city culture because other Togo's close at their scheduled close time. *honk honk*
Great customer service. They are so friendly and helpful. Pleasant to deal with since I always like to customize my sandwich. This time I had the Hot Pastrami and it was full of meat and the topping were fresh.
Ordered a sandwich went to pay with card system was down waited 15 minutes for 3 employees to fix none of them could solve issue left 20 minutes later with no sandwich horrible shop staff
