Toni's - Table reservation

This restaurant would have received a positive review if it weren't for the unprofessional behavior of the girl who answered the phone. I ordered a large mixed kebab but received a mixed kebab wrap instead. The issue could have been resolved quickly, but the girl was incredibly rude and insisted that I was wrong. When I asked for my order to be fixed, her tone was dismissive. In addition, there was arguing in a different language between a man and woman while I was on the phone, and I was hung up on twice. They definitely need new counter staff.

I noticed that there was little heat coming from the food bag ...the single sausage was room temp..the fritters were slightly warmer...the fish and chips in the insulated carton were tepid ....everything had to be reheated ...also all the batter on the items was soggy.. as if they had been left to steam ...if I wanted to have oven fish and chips i would have taken them out of the freezer...very disappointing.

Please stop replacing the burgers with those cheep chip steaks they’re not edible. Disappointed this past while.
