On Thursday, Oct. 26th, my husband and I wanted to celebrate our 8 year Wedding Anniversary at Tuckers on 12th street. Everything was going great until my steak came, and after the first bite, I noticed it was burned and very dry. When complaining to the waiter, he explained the no take back or redue policy, but I could still talk to the manager. Which I did, she was very nice. I informed her i ordered a Filet mignon, butterflied, well done, and it was burned and dry. She informed me how I should have odred it, but there was nothing she could do. We started our meal with the potato skins, fried zucchini sticks, and jalapeño poppers with Gouda soup, all of which were delicious. Beyond the great food, Tucker's offers a well-curated selection of local craft beers and a sommelier-inspired wine list. And let's not forget their fantastic happy hour deals. Since 1982, Tucker's has been a St. Louis favorite. Shhhh. The Soulard location is my favorite.
In a very historic building with a pleasant atmosphere. Top notch steaks seasoned with a house made sause that made it amazing. Great place, highly recommended!
