I just bought food here and ordered a pickup. I heard good things about friends and family as they have celiacs and said they were good about food allergies. Well, I came home and consumed what was thought to be the gluten-free pasta with my add-ons that I added to the order. Long story short they forgot my add-ons and the regular pasta order had my add-ons so I eat the wrong pasta and now I will be sick. What people do not know is that people react differently to wheat/glues. My neck feels like it's closing and also with celiac he attacks the small intestine and damages the lining that causes a domino effect of GI for me. Always had a good experience at Twiggs. Very disappointed with this last visit. The server was barely at the table and we ran out of drinks and had to wait a while to fill them again. Then she congratulated the bill for a party of six. I was very frustrated. Usually type 20-25%, but this time I wanted to give 15% due to the bad service. She added the congratulations, 20%, to the bill. I understand if you have a big party you don't want to risk being stiffened, but a party of six? You can give as bad service as you want and still get 20% tip. The women's bath had no soap, tp or paper towels! Twiggs, when did you start charging for Soda refills?
Twiggs dine and delivery are wonderful. When my spouse and I are at home, sometimes we have a spur of the moment and don't feel like cooking. Twiggs saves us with a delicious dinner. Their delivery drivers are nice and friendly. The dine in experience is wonderful too, the staff is outstanding! My family and I have had zero issues when dining in. Only reason why I am giving 4 stars, is sometimes on delivery the food can be cold/soggy. But 4/5 times we order delivery the food is excellent. Nothing is perfect. Thank you again Twiggs!
I had a blind date with my wife now. We come back to our anniversary every year. but you could enjoy this food every day and still not get enough. I love the atmosphere and the staff is very professional, friendly and friendly. I love the Buffalo Mac cheese. I would recommend every age to join the wonderful live music and good food.
