I'm deaf, and Wendy's has a sign in their drive-thru saying to pull forward if you need assistance. I've never had a problem before today, but whoever was on the headset refused to let me pull forward so I could read their lips. When I told him I needed to pull up because I couldn't hear him, he told my kids (who then had to mouth to me) "Don't pull up because then I can't hear you!" Are you kidding me?! YOU'RE ON A HEADSET! I have no words for people who don't care to understand how difficult it is trying to exist in a world where you can speak, but can no longer hear. I love Wendy's but we won't be back until this generation remembers who Dave was and how he helped those who were/are disad...
This Wendy's is great! They're busy because they serve quality food. Everything is fresh, which is a big plus. The burgers are tasty, well-cooked, and nicely assembled. I would love to see an extra piece of lettuce on the burgers, though. The regular chicken nuggets are also good; they're consistently enjoyable. Sometimes they're not, which is a bit hit or miss. The fries have improved and taste delicious when they're fresh. It would be nice if they offered ketchup and provided a few more napkins. Overall, you're doing a fantastic job, and I appreciate the effort. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
I walked up to the front counter and made eye contact with four employees, but no one said a word to me. I waited for five minutes, during which three different customers came up to inquire about their delivery orders, while I was left standing there feeling ignored.
