This is the last time I come to this location. Every time I get breakfast here they ask me to pull into mobile order parking and then they take 15 to 30 minutes to get my food taken to me. On top of that it's usually not even hot when I get it and the order is often wrong or missing something. Today I ordered both a maple bacon chicken croissant and honey butter chicken biscuit, and they tried to pass off a maple bacon chicken croissant without the bacon as the honey butter chicken biscuit.
On Saturday, February 17th, around 2:00 PM, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The two ladies working there provided poor customer service. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish the fish sandwich because it tasted off. When I mentioned this to the staff, they simply ignored my concerns. One of them was heavier and the other was thinner.
It's 6:30 pm on a Monday night, went to drive through and I'm rudely told they are not taking orders. I said it's your business working hours... was told once again I am not taking orders. I asked the reason why and was told they don't have to provide me with an explanation. There is no notice on drive thru.
Theirs a person who's name is Samuel who works there is very rude and intimidates customers. If you forget to order some ketchup or ranch he like ignores you. I will not be coming back and so do you too!! If I could give a negative star zero I would. Book a table now
This place is garbage and you're guaranteed to get your order wrong majority of the time. I got both burgers wrong in one order with no memory of what happened from the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and order from a different Wendy's.
Home of the no bacon. No bacon in my baconator. None. No middle to my breakfast fries. Sprite wasn't mixed right, taste bad. Never again will I go there. There were no customers and that should of gave me a clue.
The food was, as always, excellent, and the service was good as well; however, the prices have increased.
