Went to drive thru to get a junior size pumpkin spice frosty for my daughter. Used key tag for free junior frosty with a purchase. At kiosk, was asked to wait 1 min. Waited over 5 min. The car behind me became impatient drove around me cutting ahead directly up to the delivery window and ordered there while I waited for them to take my order at the kiosk. The attendant served that car instead of me. Attendant did not speak English well and couldn't take my order answer my questions regarding drinks; given wrong drink given grape not orange; ordered drink without ice and was given it with ice member dipped big ice scoop into my drink to remove the ice; given chocolate frosty not pumpkin; give...
This Wendys always treats me and my mother great. We go for lunch once a week and we enjoy the fresh food here. I love the Pretzel Baconator Double. My husband went to Wendy's to get a veggie burger for me as listed on their website. They did not have a veggie burger so he came home with a white bun, piece of onion, slice of tomato, and one small, limp piece of lettuce. Disgusting. $5.99, but wasn't worth 59 cents.
