I really wanted to give this Wendy's a chance since it's the closest one to my home, but I'm getting fed up with receiving incorrect orders. When I asked them to fix it, I was given the same food back, along with cold fries. If you can't serve your customers with excellence, then what's the point? I seriously doubt they’ll stay in business for much longer. They're always running out of sauces and napkins, and as a DoorDash driver, I frequently get complaints from customers about missing items. I just don't understand why it's so hard to fulfill a customer's order accurately. I'm done with this place. I even returned after seeing a roach, but today was definitely the last straw for me.
Wendy's have the Dave double cheeseburger on sale right now, buy one, get one for a dollar and I love this burger. I would buy it anyway, because I just love WENDY'S. I love ? the people, I love ? the service, and I definitely love ? the food.Kid-friendliness: What can I say, they have people that just love ? our kids, and that's a plus. And I really, really love ? them for that.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was unhelpful. I made a mistake with my mobile order, and when I went back just five minutes after picking up my food to request a change, they refused to assist me despite my polite request. I appreciate their behavior and will be following up with a call.
I ordered two sandwiches through the drive-thru, but only one was put in the bag. My wife drove all the way home only to find out. She had to go back to the restaurant! The staff clearly can't distinguish between one sandwich and two. I won’t be returning due to this terrible service! Book a table now
Just went there and ordered a number 7 no cheese because I can't eat cheese and it had 2 slices melted into the burger so I had to throw it
