Wendy's Taylorville, Illinois service is very bad anymore! Can't get orders correct! If you go inside to order if the drive up has a line: there's a gentleman help cooking and you can hear him loudly complaining about the customers coming inside thinking that they're going to get faster service and continues to complain about the customers!! You can also here the same gentleman through the drive up complaining about the same things!! How very very unprofessional is that??
The new pretzel bun baconator was delicious. Food was fresh, hot and served in a timely manner. Restaurant seems busy every time I go lunch or dinner and there was a lengthy wait to order. The restrooms were fairly clean but you could tell they would need cleaned again shortly. Most of the tables were clean but some needed cleaning and the condiment island needed to be restocked and wiped down some. Overall by far a great place to eat with friendly service
The food was the worst part I get a chicken sandwich the patty is just dry and hard and the bread is hard as a rock can y’all not make a sandwich unbelievable didn’t even eat the food I got only good thing was drink and French frysDietary restrictions: The food is old or something the bread is super hard and pattys thin and hard not good at all didn’t even eat
The lobby is closed, and only the drive-thru is open. They direct you to parking spaces to stop the drive-thru timer, but then it takes a very long time to get your order—around five minutes. Book a table now
Food and service were amazing, but the outside trash cans are getting really overfilled and I think that they could be taken out, but other than that everything was amazing.
This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food, and a delightful atmosphere. I really enjoyed the country music that was playing!
The points system at this location is not functioning properly, making it difficult to earn points and redeem coupons.
