I came in, no one was in the line. I was choosing what salad I wanted, someone else came in and they served THEM! I asked if I was in the right place to be served.....they said yes, no explanation why they served them first. Then came time to order..it was all too much, too difficult for the girl behind the counter, wait staff was VERY confrontational. When I complained to the head office I received a lovely email from the manager apologizing for his staff's attitude.. when my husband and I arranged to come back I get another email from ANOTHER person telling me WHEN to come even thought they knew I was from out of town, 45 minutes away. I used the drive thru and ordered crispy fries with chicken strips. When I received my order I pulled over to park as I tasted a fry on my way out. It was cold not cooked and tasted like grease from an old fryer. The chicken strips were cold and I did not even try it. I took it back in and got my money back which was a hassle on its own. This is the **** they give to people on drive thrus probably because most times we are too far away to return. Will not ever be returning.
