Wetzel's Pretzels - Table reservation

Have been to this new location a few times because we LOVE pretzels. But this time was the first time I had a bad experience. The girl at the register was rude. I asked for a pizza pretzel they usually ask if I want jalapeños on it. She gave me a regular one and I asked if I could get the one with jalapeños. She gave me a awful look and sigh like really. Then she says its more and it is not. She was corrected on that by a fellow employee. I pay and she give me a receipt and a shew away gesture. I'm not a fly of five years old. Came here for a pregnancy craving during the COVID pandemic, 2 of the 3 workers were not wearing masks while working. Masks are now required statewide for customers and especially essential workers. Might call the city so they can come enforce.

I?ve been here three times in the last 2 weeks just discovered they were open, each time the girls are always very nice.

They are closed for the day..new years..clean and very good pretzels..
