I placed an online order for curbside pickup through the app, and for the fourth time in a row, my order was incorrect. Three times, they forgot the second patty on my wife's double meat junior burger, and this time, I received the wrong drink. I called to address the issue, and they offered to fix it if I came back, but why would I drive back with gas prices at $3.00 just to rectify their error? They suggested that next time, I should go in and ask for the manager. This completely defeats the purpose of using an app for convenience. I really wish there was a way to report mistakes directly through the app.
"The location was terrible, and I couldn't believe the restroom didn't have any toilet paper. No staff came to check on us, and there was no communication about any issues. The overall experience was frustrating, especially considering the restaurant's supposed focus on cultural themes. It left a lot to be desired, and I certainly won't be returning."
The service was excellent, but they were out of regular ketchup and a bit low on the barbecue sauce. I always order the honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich on Texas toast, but compared to other Whataburgers, there was barely any barbecue sauce on it.
The portion sizes at this restaurant are significantly larger and of better quality compared to the nearby Dairy Queen. I would rate the customer service 4 out of 5, the quality of the food 5 out of 5, and the selection 4 out of 5.
