The only reason why I couldn't give it five stars, is recently every time I go in there, there is one poor woman working her tail off right smack dab in the middle of lunch hour with no one else behind the counter to help her. If I could give her a million stars though, I would! Even through all the chaos she still maintains the perfect attitude, with the brightest smile on her face, and how she keeps everything organized and moving along all by herself at rapid speeds, is beyond me! You have an absolute gem working for you, I certainly would hate to see a good employee taken advantage of to the point where she leaves. Can someone please schedule someone else to help her during lunch hours?...
They changed the menu, and in the past, you could choose from favorite sandwiches, including my top pick, the ultimate BLT. Now, you have to build your own sandwiches manually, which meant that to recreate my beloved ultimate BLT, it cost me $30. When I opened my sandwich, I was disappointed to find that the bacon wasn't the usual strips but rather diced bacon bits from a salad bag. This has ruined Whichwich for me.
I can see why these places are shutting down left and right. This was an absolute horrible experience. The food was terrible, you could tell it had been cycled a few days at least. Out of the 35 minutes I was in here not a single other person came in. I see why now. When somewhere serves you food this bad you don't give them a 2nd chance.
Went in to get a Reuben to go, I was prompted to give a tip and I said no tip because it's a to go sandwich. I got home and had 2 thin slices of meat, it was missing ingredients. Basically just gave me bread. So, if you don't tip here you don't get what you paid for... Book a table now
I used to be a loyal customer of Which Wich, but I'm no longer impressed with this location. The quality has really declined. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time.

Crazy overpriced sandwiches… $28 for 2 regular sized sandwiches…. Awful customer service, and the atmosphere reminds me of a gas station next to a highway. Book a table now
Ethan was incredibly genuine. Extremely welcoming, he made mysandwich when it was 2 minutes to close. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion!
