I pull up and I place an order for a number 6 It's supposed to come with a fry a drink and it's a chicken ring so they just tell me to pull forward I'm like doesn't it come with a drink she says yes I said so wouldn't it may common sense for you to ask me what drink I want and then it's chicken rings so it comes with chicken rings so shouldn't you ask what sauce I want this place is just ridiculous.. then I get to the pay and they have my order completely wrong like how could you get my order wrong trying to charge me for a slider something with cheese when I said I wanted a number six with a Sprite and barbecue sauce and they didn't even ask me for my drink just tell me to pull forward
What up my peep your boy is back,3 years ago, this place was good at service presention. The last time the order was wrong, and food was overcooked along with the onions the meat is then, so if you overcook it, the flavor is lost along with the onions, making it look like trash meat.The time before that was the same but I gave them a benefit of a doubt since 3years ago I recommended them, then they got that order wrong, ask for no pickle extra onions and gor no onions with extra pickle. Should not be serving old meat, and the smell wasn't the same, you know that smell that makes us love white castle.
This is the dirtiest location I've ever visited. White Castle should be embarrassed by this place—it's such a disappointment. I even found a fry with green mold in my order. Just look at the picture! AVOID THIS PLACE! YOU COULD GET SICK!
White castle in Midlothian Illinois has always been good. I've been going to this location for over a decade and they never let me down. Great service, fresh and great food in a timely manner. Book a table now
Had such a good time taking Grandaughters to dinner on Valentines Day. Always heard about this event from other people but never took advantage of it. So glad we created these memories.
The drive-through took an unusually long time, and they got my order wrong. It's unfortunate that I now need to seek out another White Castle.
The hamburgers are consistently soggy, and the service is often disorganized.
