Ordered a large chicken rings and large strawberry shake. Got to the housey chicken rings were two toned. Overcooked and undercooked Due to the fact whoever prepared them didn't shake the fry basket. So they were stuck together and under and overcooked too. How do you fry an item and do not shake the fry basket. Will never eat here again, I just don't understand how this cooking error occurred. When you drop fries chicken etc after 2-3 minutes you're suppose to shake the basket to allow food to separate and cook evenly.... Do not eat here or check your food before you drive off PLEASE..
Every time we order on line, they always seem to screw up our order!! When you request extra of something, you expect them to put it on your burger!! They make it the way they want to and not follow your requests. Every single time.
I wasn't spoken to when I received my order. The food was simply handed out of the window. I expressed my thanks, and then the person at the drive-thru acknowledged it with a thank you in return.
I wouldn't even feed my worst enemies' dog from this White Castle. This location definitely needs to be inspected randomly by the health department. They really should be shut down. Book a table now
I don't usually eat at White Castle, but I stopped by the gas station, and White Castle happened to be right next door.
Food took very long, and was still ice cold .. if you're gonna make the customer wait at least provide fresh hot food
