The people who gave this place 2 stars are being nice. against my better judgement i went there a week ago, the place was a mess, the people working were joking around with their friends that happen to stop by and pay them a visit. after 20 minutes i get my food, take it home and (1) my order was wrong (2) the chicken was under cooked, i actually had to put it in my air fryer to make it eatable. i asked for extra seasoning and there was hardly anything on it. this place needs to either get an owner who gives a s or just close the place. I wont be going back and i advise people to go to other locations you will be a lot happier and satisfied that you did.
I've been to about 10 different Les Schwabs from Oregon to Southern California. Came in and 4 guys standing around doing nothing. Finally after 5 minutes one or them comes and says have you been helped? Clearly they all saw me pull up and knew I haven't been helped. Requested a tire rotation, guy told me only option is to drop off the car and pick up tonight! ???? Not good. Need to step up your service and live up to the welcoming and helpful attitude everywhere else. Needless to say won't be coming back here again.
Brady and Ryan are incredibly professional! I also appreciate how knowledgeable they are, as I tend to have a lot of questions. They were patient with me and even taught me something new. I really like this location; it's very clean, the service is professional, and they work quickly. The pricing is honest and fair, and they saved me a lot of money on a brake job. Hobbled off the freeway with a flat tire on our RV and found les schwab a mile off the fwy. Before we got into the parking lot, an employee ran out to assist us with parking. We were immediately helped and tire was changed within 30 minutes. We are now on our way just as they are closing. Thank you for the prompt service!
Terrible service! I called in at 12 PM to confirm that everything was ready (even left work early) to pick up my vehicle. They assured me it was set, but when I arrived at 3:30 PM, I had to wait for 3 hours. Absolutely awful service!
I got here 5 minutes before closing with a flat that could not be patched. These guys were amazing, they ended up having 1 tire left that fit my car and changed it for me after closing time. Great customer service!
