I really hope that Wingstop corporate can investigate how employees are treated. Overworked, working without clocking in, schedule adjustments not reflecting owed hours, lots of scolding employees, and the list goes on. Lack of leadership...Glad they got a new Manager in Capitola! He has good work ethic. Andrea at the Hollister store has very poor managing skills, breaks a lot of labor laws, and it's time employees speak up about how they are overworked as minors and taken advantage of by not paying them the hours they have worked, taking all the glory of a passed inspection knowing it was her team’s hard work and a lot of it minors that made it happen. I was attended by a very rude unprofessional person. She started giving me attitude while ordering. I asked the manager on duty at the time who was the person who took my order, her name was Arleys. She then handed me the bag with my food and coming to find out she messed up my order and she then yet gave me attitude again because I showed her how my wings were done by her which she put the wrong sauce and overly soaked the wings. I will not be coming here again due to this bad customer service.

It took 1 hour, they didn't have soda from the machine and the service of the ladies who serve is terrible, rude despots and bad faces, I suggest you go to another closer establishment, bad service.
