We love Wingstop, but this location does not make me want to wing stop ever again. We came in and the employees all have headphones on and are blasting very inappropriate music and I have my child and my niece with me, and I was so upset. Then I thought, okay, I'll get the food and I'll take it home so I don't have to listen to the disgusting music. While waiting for my food, I then see one of the employees touching her phone, then going to make a chicken sandwich with no gloves on, then scratches her hair and continues to make the chicken sandwich, and on top of that, cursing in the back. Would not answer the phone , on hold for 20 minutes , finally hung up and went to the business to order , five employees standing around being loud “cussing yelling etc . They were not busy at all ! Rude when taking the order then I got to sit twenty minutes listening to the employees swear and cuss while gossiping to each other in front of my young child . Cannot believe that they are still in business with this type of service !
they were out of honey mustard went to get some and came back and gave me pure mustard. i ordered the 20 piece meal deal and refused to eat my wings and gave them away because they didn’t have honey mustard. extremely disappointed i come here all the time i love wingstop but now i will not be coming back to wingstop. ruined my experience and my love for this food.
I walked in around 1:35 this lady with finger tattoos looked like she didnt even want to worked and had an attitude when i was ordering, I dont recommend coming to this WingStop Book a table now
Came in at 11:40 when they closed at 12:00 and they told me they stopped taking orders already. So you guys really close at 11:40. Change your signs.
Horrible customer service they close at 12 we came at 10 girl looked like she didn't wanna be here and was giving straight attitude with us
Wings were excellent fries. Over cooked but edible you guys are great. Just take those fries off a little earlier.
