Cashier had her back to us until I eventually said honey are you ready? She didn't even know how to ring up two wings and things one teriyaki one tongue torch. Had to call another employee. Only three people working in back but five people standing around for front counter and drive thru. Took 23 minutes to get food.
First time trying Zaxby 's. The food portion sizes were quite large. Prices were fair . The food tasted very good. The order came out fast and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They have one of those create your own flavor touchscreen coke machines with free refills. I would eat there again.
I would have given no stars if that was an option. Absolutely terrible service. Waited in the drive through long for over 30 minutes… I was on the second car in line.. then ordered food and waited another 20 minutes. It’s literally an hour before closing and not even busy.
I don't know who the cook was. Man, it was so good it had me biting my fingers. Highly recommend this Zaxby.
