as a chain they know to expect the best standards of costa and that is a good example. the staff is friendly and efficient and the outside seats are nice when the weather is friendly. the only side (for me) is that the additional seats. below is not accessible so that when the upper level is busy (what it is common) then they can not get a place.
this is a beautiful costa with reliable good coffee and a good choice of cake and snacks. usually in a position to get a place without too much annoying. the personal is beautiful.
we always have a coffee and muffin or a roasted tee cake when in costa. I have a faithful card that is useful. the personal is always pleasant and very efficient.
very handy and also placed beside the shops and always good service
