Although the food at this restaurant was undeniably delicious, my experience was marred by disappointingly slow service. While the flavors were impressive, the long wait times for ordering and receiving our meals detracted from the overall enjoyment. Despite the friendly staff, their warmth couldn't quite make up for the delays. If you can tolerate the slow pace, the culinary delights are worth sampling, but be ready for a more relaxed dining experience.
This has been my favorite restaurant since my first visit. It was also the place where my wife and I had our first date, and we've returned for most of our other special occasions and celebrations. The food is outstanding, but the owner and staff are just as wonderful. Gingergrass is truly amazing!
Overall, I really love this place. However, I wasn't a fan of the rice noodles tonight; they were larger than usual, as I typically prefer the thinner ones.
