Jungle Jim's used to be one of our go-to spots but over the years we started choosing it because we don't have anywhere else to go. Never really disappointed but never wowed, solid choice.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu prices have been raised in price but lowered in quality. The pizza is horrible but everything else is standard fare... There are also drinks listed on the kids menu that they up-charge you for but don't tell you.The kids love the decor.
Sadly the service was not great. Our burger was burnt, while we were offered another we declined. She walked away no discount was offered. We weren't even done our nachos and she came and asked us if we wanted anything else or dessert. We weren't even done so we said not right now then she came back with our bill... Definitely won't be going to that location again.
The food was really good as well as our waitress. The only drawback was that it was so loud that it was hard to carry on a conversation.Parking: They had accessible parking spaces. Lots of spaces available.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is accessible. You have to walk around a bit to get to the Accessible area to the entrance.
The entrance to your restaurant is quite challenging for stroke survivors using walkers. One door opens inward while the other opens outward. It would be beneficial to install push buttons on the doors or implement a more accessible system for those who have difficulty using both hands to enter the establishment. Book a table now
The food and service at this Jungle Jim's location are quite disappointing and very slow. I visited the one on Torbay Road, and I found their striploin to be misleadingly advertised. It's really unacceptable to offer food that is subpar and not what was promised.
We stopped in for dinner and really enjoyed our meal. Our server Josh was friendly and very helpful in making a meal choice. Would definitely recommend this location!Wish they had Jungle Jim locationin Ontario!!
Little bit smaller than some other jungle Jim's. Disappointed no patio. Work in progress. Nachos okay for lunch but maybe too much sauce on top. Server was the best part. ? made my day. Checked on me
