Was a regular customer until a bizzare encounter. Went last month, the sandwich artist was high or having a mental breakdown. I asked him politely to pack my footlong subs into two bags seperately as I always do and he just shouted at me, told me to f off and threatened to call police if I did not leave. There was one more friendly customer at the time who supported me but the server was just too zoned out. I have not had such a disgusting experience ever. There hiring practices surely are lacking that they can allow such an obnoxious person to work in customer service. Would not be going there ever. I just left the store on Ropwalk Lane in St. John’s. I always go to that store and had great service but this evening I ordered the same sub as I always due, a pizza sub with extra cheese and no veggies. I ordered 2 because I had a free sub on my rewards card. I ended up paying over $22 because I got charged $2.39 for each extra slice of cheese even on my free sub. That was over $9.00 plus tax. I normally pay around $13 for a sub. So much for a free sub
I just had the *best* Chicken Parm sub from the Ropewalk location tonight. The team did not have the standard chicken patties but were able to do grilled instead. I really love this place. The Subs are great and the staff have always been very polite and helpful. I always request a cup of olives on the side with my order and they have never let me down..I wonder if Mr. Sub and Mrs. Sub have any kids? A couple of Jr. Subs kicking around, throwing pickles at each other.

I've been visiting this Mr. Sub since elementary school. My grandmother would take me out for lunch, give me a $5 bill, and I'd walk in to grab a sub. It's a very nostalgic place for me. I really wish there were more Mr. Sub locations because I prefer it over Subway.
Great place for sub sandwich, you can put whatever you want on your sandwich. A sandwich is do much better when someone else makes it for you. The price is reasonable and the smiles are free, great staff with a friendly personalities.
The person who made my food, absaar, gave an excellent service and made me a very tasty meal. It was my first time at Mr. Sub, and honestly I liked it more than subway
Horrible service. Staff were rude . One guys washed his hands for less then 5 seconds and made a sub .
