I went there last night. They advertise fresh coffee 24 hours. I asked for some and the worker said it was not fresh and did not offer to make any. The floor was sticky. Pieces of food were on all of the tables. It looked like someone dropped a salad on the floor and didn’t bother to clean it up. The worker was rude and inconsiderate.
One sandwich was missing when we opened our bag. My granddaughter ran back, but was never given a receipt to show her purchase. She had to run back again to get and pay twice for one sub. When she asked if they could us US currency, they became quite rude.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked proper etiquette when interacting with customers. The owner should definitely provide training to their employees on how to engage with patrons more effectively.
The restaurant was in a terrible state at 3 PM. The floor was littered with debris, and there wasn’t a single clean table in sight. Book a table now

Used to be 24/7 (before COVID). Is chronically understaffed. Mgmt: hire more staff!
