My recent visit to Tim Hortons was a complete disaster. From the moment we pulled up to the drive-thru, we felt rushed and pressured to hurry our order, only to have both drinks made incorrectly. Adding insult to injury, the savory pastry we ordered wasn't even included, forcing us to reorder at the window. The exterior of the restaurant was equally disappointing, with garbage everywhere, creating a vile atmosphere. It's clear that both the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.
Ordered two tea with cream and 2 sweetener 20 pack of assorted glazed tim bits only 2 kinds and the 2 tea had no sweetener at all in them . Could not drink them what a waste of time and money. Best think to happen to Tim's is they all close up Service: Take out Price per person: CA$1–10
