I have been going to this location (including it previous location across the street) for 25 years. I go every morning for my morning coffee and sometimes breakfast...In latter years, I order through the app and pick it up about 1 minute later. For the past 2 weeks my coffee has been warm at best...Yesterday it was actually cold. I did mention it to one of the workers on Wednesday and she told me one of the burners wasn't working correctly but now fixed....Yesterday I called the morning manager. I was offered a replacement coffee. I really didn't want another cold coffee. Though a bit inconvenient for me, I intend to use McDonalds for my morning coffee and breakfast. So Disappointed. Today my husband visited this location to get coffee, Boston Cream donut and a dutchie. As you can see in the photos, they put the donut in the bag upside down and it was stuck fast to the paper, as well ,the dutchie was placed on top of the upside down donut. The bag had to be torn away from the donut. Not very appealing. We pay for a tasty and visually appealing dessert and this is what we get. Not good enough. Service: Take out
Service is slow especially after 6 pm , inside it’s slow service as well no priority given to the customers inside. Six people at the window doing nutting one person at the check out. Typically I would give all five stars for this location. It is one of the more consistent ones. This visit was different. There was a problem, it was compensated (which is why I gave 4 stars not 3), but the inconvenience did cause the rest of my day to be thrown out of wack, time wise, and cause me grief.
