"After there is no more carving cottage in our area, we go back to Charly. Unfortunately, I can't get so excited about this carving that doesn't mean eating is bad. We were there again this weekend, full as usual but we still got a place without reservation 2persons, with more I would reserve in advance. The salad was very tasty and the size was fine. The scavenger was in gravy in gravy, as it can be done as a chef: : I am looking forward to a crispy scavenger and not to a softened one. This is just for me mass production and no more love when cooking every hobby cook knows that you serve the sauce at the Schnitzel extra. In addition, I find the meat here always very soft somehow like press meat you don't need teeth to eat carvings here :D Nevertheless, the shop is always very well visited so I may be just too picky :D Make your own opinion! :"
