I didn't know the virus was in meat dishes. we were a little confused. now for dinner, for my wife and I the suppe from the weekly menu. pumpkin soup with orange was our choice, the season, ordered from the menu suggestion. that was probably a suppe from hokkaido pumpkin. with a squeegee pumpkin seed oil above that smell good! for both of us this was a real start, the pumpkin soup was deliciously prepared. I guess orange juice was tied to the suppe. I stayed in the menu suggestion. medaillen from the pork fillet on fine jus with broccoli vegetables and potato gratin were served me, and so on the plate, brokkoli, gratin and medaillen, all there! and I must confess this dish was not bad. nice with good cooking place and sufficient bite. the gratin beautiful brown baked and well costed. and the meat had become even better, juicy to the point, slightly pink in the speck coat. my wife left the menu for her bark. Argentinean rumpsteak on a red wine jus with rosmarin apples she had ordered. also here the plate does not read a doubt who had ordered him and where he belonged. I have seasoned the kartoffels well, not a convincing product, I would suspect. the piece of bark made my wife happy to dinner. well met, the ordered cooker for medium! there was also an salat and my wife was very happy with her main dish. until here we had eaten everything really neat. and because it was better than we expected, we chose one dessert. the homemade panna cotta with strawberry was our order to service. I don't know if it was a house. the panna cotta was simply aromatized with vanilla, with the fruity egg that was a dae on the pass. the service made his work very tidy and friendly during our stay, we had no reason to complain. so I can come to the conclusion. the house has a really beautiful ambiente! especially the bar is an eye-catcher and is always worth visiting. the service staff was always friendly and facing. eating was above my expectations, so far, so positiw. but not so beautiful is the price policy at an early stage. there are 2 variants and are characterized by a (in my opinion) too high price. also the prices for the rooms are very ambitious. that was with the cup."
