"We were picked up from the canal by the team and taken to the restaurant. We enjoyed a champagne before being seated for dinner. The service from the staff was exceptional. The degustation menus was a wonderful experience with some truly innovative dishes. This was the perfect venue to celebrate the last night of our French canal trip. The receptionist even took time out to show us some of the rooms and there was art exhibition in he chateau."
