"Appalling is an appropriate description of Yöglio, Ribadeo. Excellent location on the main square and looks inviting. However, it's overpriced and, more importantly, customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Having ordered breakfast from the limited menu, the waitress spilled a tray of two coffees and two cups of churro chocolate all over the table and onto my lap. I reassured her that accidents happen and got a po faced apology in return. We expected that the bill would be waived but instead when the second tray arrived it was accompanied by a bill that was slapped down on the table and we were told to pay on the spot. I asked for the manager who did nothing to resolve the situation and insisted on payment. I strongly advise that you don't give your custom to this establishment because it's undeserved."
