"This fish and chip shop, which had been closed and for sale for some time, has now reopened. It is located on Priory Street, not in the town center, with parking available nearby. The shop offers tables for dining in, although it could use a facelift, it is very clean. The cod chips I ordered were excellent - perfectly browned and crispy, with the cod coated in a delicious light batter. The staff were friendly, and it was reassuring to see them checking the fish with a temperature probe. We will definitely be visiting again."
